Very poor leadership and lack of opportunities

Pros

Good events, hire some really good people ( not in the core leadership team) who looks out for staff.

Cons

Lack of opportunities particularly for junior staff - they tend to make staff do the repetitive work without letting them grow and explore more advanced work. Do not be surprise if you spend a few years here doing the same admin work. very sexist toxic leadership team with backstabbing

-high profile government projects -only engaged thru connellgriffin, but technically working for the client 1:1

Cons

-toxic culture -very poor leadership -making crazy profit and overheads of the people who work for them -only one real client -poor behaviour towards people who like to move on -a lot of backstabbing and politics -discrimination based on gender and age

Toxic politics, only one real client so stuck in one project for years, making enemies of leaving staff, inability to reinforce culture across the business, poor leadership and execution of expansion.
