Terrible to work for due to management
Pros
Colleagues are great people and help eachother where they can, and support eachother. Other departments are great. *Avoid customer experience based roles at all costs.*
Cons
Senior management is horrific. It's solely driven by bullying, finding ways to manipulate staff and get away with treating staff like cattle, everyone's just a replacable number. Needs external investigation from an independent organisation (there is no HR - so no monitoring or assessing the treatment of staff by senior management). Discraceful to work for, in my 30yrs experience in this field this is some of the worst iv witnessed. Senior management doesnt know much about work ethics or what's actually going on day to day and abuses staff openly. Staff members regularly crying at their desks whilst being told they can't leave the office and shouted at to work faster because they dont replace the staff that leave because of the senior manager. Fabrications and lies regularly devised and created about staff and fixing of figures to push good staff and team members out if seen to be too supportive, works the staff unto the ground with threats and bullying tactics.
