Flexible work location and a healthy work life balance (depending on the team you join) Top of the class tech stacks and tools available at your disposal Most people you work with are friendly and easygoing (can only comment for the energy for business team)
Cons
There is unfortunately a culture of lack of urgency or accountability which sometimes leads to frustration. This especially contributes to long delays on projects, ignored emails, last min jobs and feeling undervalued at times.
