Pros

Remote work and flexible hours

Cons

Morale is low, and internal trust has eroded due to inconsistent communication, favoritism, and a lack of transparency from the CEO, Timothy Henry. There’s a clear pattern of unprofessional behavior, including leaders speaking poorly about team members behind closed doors, and misalignment between public values and private actions. The environment has become increasingly political, with those outside the executive inner circle consistently underpaid, overextended, and excluded from key decisions. Raises have stagnated for years, while executive compensation continues to rise. Despite many talented and committed individuals on the team, the current leadership style has created a workplace culture that feels neither respectful nor sustainable.

Pros

Smart, thoughtful, conscious small team - growing to be a global force for good through business.

Cons

If you're not comfortable in a start-up, this is an organization with a 10-year track record of convening conscious communities, predominantly through conferences and chapters worldwide that is scaling like the best of start-ups.
