      Pros

      Compensation package is up there with the best for in resort jobs.

      Cons

      Poor management and communication from middle and upper management. Work/Life balance is very bad compared to other in resort jobs. Bad recruitment from HR led to being understaffed or having ineffective colleagues for most of the season.

      Pros

      Benefits- the flat we were given as part of our contract was great. The salary and the hours worked was fair. Living in France in the mountains.

      Cons

      Cons - The lack of professional attitude among some of the staff was a shame to see. The full benefits package was not fulfilled - we were supposed to be given 2 meals on the days worked, but this was only accessible for some staff and not all.
