Great culture at the office

I love getting to be a part of a collaborative team who is competitive and uplifting. Consilium doesn't micromanage allowing you to have full control over your book of business and success. One of the best parts of this job is my ability to control the money I am making. The unlimited potential for commission has really helped me get financially stable and I love that it is a direct reflect of my hard work. When I came to Consilium I was lost and really didnt know what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Coming here has changed that and now I can see a future here. I have found great success and I find that it is easy to work when youre doing what you love with your team. I would 10/10 recommend this job if you want a path to leadership, a great mentor, and the ability to control your own work. If you are an independent person who knows how to work with a team, this job is for you.
