      emotionally unstable boss, micro management, employees are treated harsh, culture sucks, excessively high turnover theres been like 100 people in 5 years in a team of 10

      None to speak of, hands down wort experience ever

      Managment ,work envorment, benefits, dont kick in till you leave Hands down worst experience of my life and I've been in finance for more then 17 years ...avoid this place, avoid John( so called CEO) for both employees and prospective clients.

      There is nothing positive here, at all - zero, nada, zilch, nothing.

      Cons

      This is a toxic work environment. You will not succeed here. If you interview, ask how many people worked here prior and what the average length of employment is? It is less than a year. The way in which the owner treats others is vile. He has no respect for his employees and I venture to say people in general, unless they give him money. This was a disgusting experience, with an unstable narcissist for a boss. Do not work here. You will regret it as will your family, if you have one.
