      Pros

      Good manager and colleagues. Makes a nice place to work at.

      Cons

      SmartTask app, initially too much paperwork with logbooks, reports on app with handover and reports on app for incident etc etc. Forced into doing non-security related work at student accommodations such as odd handyman work and bin store sorting. This extra work does not reflect on salary. Difficult to get holidays by the end of year

      They don't pay you your wages and Evan charge you £100 for the uniform when you leave after you have dropped it off to site..cow boys
