Great colleagues. Interesting Problems. Fantastic Tech. Benefits could be better
Pros
- The people: I can't think of anybody working there that I didn't personally like and who wasn't excellent at their job - The culture: Get stuff done. If you can do that, how you go about it is super flexible. Colleagues are knowledgeable, kind, and supportive - Cutting Edge: You will be using the latest and greatest method and tech to get your job done.
Cons
- Benefits: They're not great. Not terrible, but the health insurance is rather expensive. If you're healthy, there are plans that are just fine. But I have chronic health issues and the insurance was painful - Pay: This one isn't really even a con. The pay IS NOT BAD. It's just about market rate for the area, but could be better. And combined with the pros, I would recommend you accept this job over another one that makes the a similar offer.
