      Toxic management and poor pay with long hours

      Bullying management who deliberately sabotage the new jobs of employees who dare to hand in their notice. No pay rises - ever No bonus as all money goes to the directors who sold their shares to the employees in an EOT to avoid capital gains tax. Unilateral changing of working hours. Breach of statutory obligations relating to flexitime requests. Poor pay. Long working hours. Fibbing about the number of staff to clients.

      Colleagues below management level are generally nice.

      Management continually lie, making false promises on bonuses and pay rises, staff benefits are regularly removed without communication, Management ineffective, unable to enact even the most basic changes. Culture of bullying and intimidation lead from the top down.
