I learned quickly that no amount of money was worth working for Cheryl Harris. Because it is small company and run by Mrs. Harris, there will be no changes in the near future. The job itself was fine, but her management is the problem.
When I was first considering accepting this job I read the other reviews but thought they were just coming from angry past employees. I thought I could handle a few negative comments. Nobody can handle her rude, condescending, hateful comments and attitude.
She goes through your trash and emails, she purchases personal items with the company credit card, and she doesn't care about your well-being.
The list goes on and on...you just have to trust these reviews and know no matter what it is not worth accepting a position here. And if you are already there and just seeing this now, I wish you luck on your job search!
