- Salary based on civil servant pay scale scheme, i.e., +5-10% per year - Good OT compensation and AL
Cons
- Fair work life balance, some colleagues keep working till midnight and weekends - which is unexpected in such organisation - Toxic culture with horrible politics, line manager could betray you because he/she doesn't want to be blamed by senior management. - Clumsy hierarchy, small things need to get numerous approval and stupid processes - Not stable, people come and go quickly - Poor medical coverage
