Employees are good as human but not as professional because they never treat well to employees who are at lower level. Internal politics is too much You get good opportunity for working very different types of projects of different sectors. It actually helps to know different sectors
Cons
Management is worst. They are into hell lot of micro management. They are not clear about their requirements at times but still expects clarity from you. Taunting and shouting is their normal behaviour. They are always into blame game. Not updated with latest technologies. These people are still working on php. They dont provide increment according to industry standards and team is always overloaded with work. HR are very much biased. Policies are company centric and not much beneficial for employees. No maternity leaves.
