Pros

- Payment on time - Good training - Easy-going team & management (for a while)

Cons

- They completely ghosted me after training and two weeks of work. Sure they paid me no problem for these 4 weeks but after I stopped receiving my working schedule out of the blue, my manager and rest of the team stopped answering any of my e-mails & WhatsApp messages. It's been two months of asking and I'm still being ignored, didn't even receive any termination of the contract. Just ghosted.

Pros

Payment is always on time and the team is very helpful and understanding

Cons

You are only paid by the minute of interpretation, meaning that if you spend 2 hours connected but only receive one 5-minute call, you'll only be paid for that. The pay is also pretty low for some language pairs.

Pros

The pay is 0.20 per minute, which is alright by me. And working schedule is flexible, I can be on and off whenever I want. But since calls traffic rises around 1-6am, that's usually when I try to work.

Cons

If you want to make more money, you need to stay up late till morning for high traffic calls
