The three five star positive reviews all sound like they were written by the management team. They fire people for no reason at all. I asked why I was being let go and was told that I "just wasn't a good fit." I've had friends try to play their game and actively seek out the management team and owners to see how they can make sure that they understand the culture. They still got fired with the same "your just not a good fit" excuse. You will be told that you are dishonorable, lack empathy, and that you are not a good person, by management and the owners. The entire sales crew was told that they were dishonorable. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

This company is great if you like working in an environment where you are passively required to fit a cult-like mold of a team of unstable and fearful individuals focused more on pleasing the passive-aggressive management team than providing great service and great products for their customers. This company is hyper- focused on control and micro-managing than allowing individuals to grow and learn through great wins and minor losses. They have lost many highly intelligent and motivated individuals that are great at what they do, due to this cult-like nature and should be avoided at all costs.
