Pros
They know how to hire great people who work hard and are generally amazing individuals.
Cons
They endeavor to belittle their employees and bully them into changing into their "ideal" candidate. What ideal is, they won't tell you except for a few vague and cryptic answers. They have an employee turnover rate close to 28%. For those of you who don't know, this is very bad for any industry and more than double the distribution industry average. While I was there, I saw over 8 people quit because of what management was doing and 19 people fired. This ranged from people who have worked with the company for 10+ years to just a few months.
