      Friendly ground floor colleagues You can learn a lot because you need to do a lot more than your own work scope

      Cons

      Retrenchment without severance pay and proper reason No bonus no aws no 13 month no job security Owners who think they are always right Micro and Intimidating management There are many gaps in the process Organization chart and the hierarchy are a joke which can change several times in a few months Invisible senior management who are the "yes man" type Work life balance - 3/10 Building/Equipment are old/outdated and expect workers to do "magic" It is a just a playground of an old man Ask to work for passion without proper compensation or pay

      There are no pros working for this company. Only unless you want to develope a thicker skin than acrocodile

      Cons

      No job security Chairman is insane No compensation for retrenchment Micro management Bad uppermanagement decissions as they dont understand their own process. Asigned tasks that shoukld be under another departments remit because upper management do not understand the challenges the bussiness is facing. BD can not function because the product quality is low and the price of maunfacture is high. Pumped up rediculously High

      4 days work week( non exec)

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, no allowances for 12 hours shift, no Annual Wages Supplement, forced OT, not entitled to leave (even PH) before you work 3 months, canteen is actually a hot break room with 8 tables and 32 chairs, ignorant engineers, unmotivated workers, no system, high turnover for engineers
