Pros
Not only are there constant conversations from department heads to evolve positions and looking for opportunities for growth but there's a family oriented nature to the cultural structure of the organization. There's a huge attention of work/life balance and there's always constant support to ensure that you get assistance you need both professionally and privately.
Cons
No cons to share. All of my expereinces have been pleasant from the day that I walked in the door.
