Pros

CSP is the top supplier in the US for composites and compression molding. Great learning opportunity for different plastic manufacturing. Overall good work life balance.

Cons

Smaller company which does not have many opportunites to grow unless you are planning on doing program management or moving to director level.

Pros

None, all the other plants in the area are better and at least pretend to care about their employees.

Cons

There are so many I don't even know where to start, #1 is favoritism for promotions. If you're hispanic you could go far here, anyone else good luck. All of upper management are idiots, they'll know something isn't working and even if its physically hurting people they'll tell them to suck it up. If you're not salary, they won't even let you into the office area because you don't matter to them. If you want to talk to HR I wouldn't because they're not there for you, they're only there to make sure you don't get the company in trouble. Don't bother applying here unless you like being covered in horrible itchy fiberglass, cooked in the summer, frozen in the winter and being made to work until you drop because you get pointed for calling in sick even if you have a doctors note.
