Pros

get a chance to work directly with clients. new technologies. cool environment. WFH is always an option challenging projects are always there, you just have to ask for it. good food as well salary hike is the best part. You will get more than you expect only if you are good.

Cons

Work-Life balance is little hard to maintain. No onsite opportunities.

- Started my career from this company, it has a good work culture. - You get to grow a lot technically and learn new technologies. - The best part is that the management is very approachable, you can talk to anyone about anything.

Cons

Nothing much. Everything is good. It could get a little tough to get onsite opportunity.
