      1. Clueless top management with no view of where they want to steer the company 2. Internal politics seem to be increasing over time, with people avoiding clear feedback and acting behind your back, often treating you as insignificant 3. Strong engineers are not treated well as they question leaders

      It is a knowledge pool to work here if you are just out of college. you learn many things that you won't learn even in 5 years in other places

      Cons

      you will also realise that you need to give more of your time just to learn those things which will destabalise your work life balance
