Pros
- Dynamic environment that allows you to learn a lot - Founders have a good vision for the company - (In my opinion) Good market opportunity for growth - Working with the team is a lot of fun
Cons
Nothing really, just keep in mind there is a lot of change going on to fuel the companies growth (as mentioned, dynamic environment) and it doesn't suit everyone.
