      Pros

      One or two like minded people to speak about problems within the business.

      Cons

      Unrealistic KPI Expectations. 5-6 Man band - Not a Sales floor. Family run business so decisions get made daily without input - Minimal structure & office politics will flag up within the family. No long term Employees to feed off and to learn from.

      Everyone is working from home due to COVID and has been since the first lockdown in March this year, so I am not sure what office politics you are referring to. Our KPI's are Industry standard and we offer one of the best career structures & commission structures in Industry (up to 40% commission) for progressive 360 recruiters, all who currently work for us. Not sure why you chose to defame a company without any substance or commercial experience in working for us?

      It’s okay, but could do so much better

      Pros

      When I worked at contracts IT, it was very good specially the team. Navaid and Naheed specially were very good managers. Very inclusive, definitely a work hard play hard environment.

      Cons

      My first week was awful, I had been told that “I’m getting paid to be on the phone”. Always being pushed to stay until 8pm with no real reason to, just to be on the phone and calling up people who’s already having dinner or just not interested. Also so much emphasis on trying to get leads to the point that some candidates put us in there blacklist. We only had one LinkedIn recruiter license and it was for a fake person.

      Don’t train you at all. Micro-managing Borderline bullying Lack of care for employees You’re made to work until extremely late. And made to come in as early as you can.
