- High profile client work. - Sociable teams. - Young teams.
Cons
- Toxic work environment:felt very "high school". - Success in team depended on being liked. - No support for or awareness of mental health despite emotionally challenging and provoking work. - Poor guidance to carry out assessments; ad hoc review of work with contradictions. - Treated like school children and work reviewed out of a score of 10- very patronising. -Poor pay. - Controversial work.

Pros
Friendly, wonderful work environment. Supervisors are hands off, yet responsive, caring, and eager to help you thrive. Work is constantly interesting and changing, yet CR helps you adapt. Benefits are best I've ever had.
Cons
Could use a little more communication/clarity from HR or certain benefits, leave policies, updates, etc.
