Pros

I love working at CDS. The vibe in our beautiful new building is awesome. Everyone works hard to do their part in delivering the best product to the client. The benefits are excellent and I appreciate how involved I am in my department and what we are working on. Management works hard to include everyone and keep the lines of communication open.

Cons

We have experienced some major growth in the past few years (a good problem!) and are still working through some growing pains. I have seen progress and am confident 2019 will bring even more progress.

On the Cape, regular "thank you" events from the company

Cons

massive turn over, horrible customers, very click heavy atmosphere, advancement require frequent travel.
