Everyone at Converged is extremely friendly and welcoming, it took little to no time to feel at home. Operational transparency makes everyone feel their importance to the team, and sets a clear path to work towards common goals. Personal development is a top priority. You will have the opportunity to learn something new from someone new every day. At CTG, we all grow together. "None of us is as smart as all of us" is a commonly heard phrase. I am writing this in the troubling times of COVID-19, and CTG has been taking every possible precaution, as well as providing every amenity to make sure everyone remains healthy and comfortable. I couldn't possibly ask for more to ensure the safety of myself, my family here, and my family back at home.
