Recommended to newly graduates. A good place to get 1-1.5 years of experience and training (do not stay longer).
Cons
Beware: 1. No respect or trust in employees, resulting in massive amounts of micro management. 2. Your confidence may take a knock due to the impossible expectations and MD talking poorly about his employees, effecting your professional reputation. 3. You will be overworked, given a lot of responsibility and not paid enough. The MD will likely lure you with an average or low salary and the promise of a massive increase after a year - do not count on this. 4. No bonuses or benefits 5. No equipment (laptops, screens, etc.) or required software provided - this is for your own account. 6. Promises a collaborative space for you to work on your own start-up. The company is not to be trusted with your start-up or ideas. 7. You will be expected to do thankless work in the name of training.
