My story: I was part of an intake of 7 graduates in September 2023. After 3 weeks of sales training, gathering our prospects from LinkedIn and Lusha, followed by an initial 3 weeks of pure cold calling - the grads, including myself were laid off (even after hitting targets), I understand hire and fire but I think 3 weeks was such a short time frame and we all felt it didn't give us a chance to even show what we can do. in heinsight, losing my job there was the best thing that could have happened to me. I am writing this to hopefully stop other people from falling into the same trap. They sell it very well, but its more cut-throat than you believe!

Toxic management that belittle you, no flexibility on working arrangements, office is in a grim location, micro-management, target and commission changes at the drop of a hat, they judge you for taking annual leave, turnover rate is unbelievable and they wonder why people leave. Avoid at all costs!
