Pros

Experience working with big brands and doing creative research. Also, visibility and opportunity to work on big projects due to small size of company (~40 people).

Cons

Exec suite was extremely disorganized, which led to an employee base that was unexperienced, with just a few people making up for the rest of the team. Employee benefits were nothing special. Worked a lot of overtime with no bonuses.
