      - Poor ethics - Poor organizational skills - Big mess - Lack of support - Not being able to accept feedback and admit the fact they are far from perfect - Too much talking about nothing - Not willing to give a well deserved promotion, postponing it as much as possible - Something is always going wrong on a daily basis, that could be avoided if there was more competence
