Pros

free lunch under the guise of keeping you in the office

Cons

I was hired to work from 8am-5pm, my first week there the CEO called me himself to tell me "ive never seen someone succeed at your job only working the designated hours", i was on my way to pick up my child from day care, it was 5:30ish PM. Then, covid hits, we all have to work from home, the CEO demands everyone keeps their web cam on ALL DAY. The entire company and staff pushed back, and he still begged us , "guys just try it, please". Total egotistical jerk who is beyond out of touch with the working class. Lastly, this company is so devious, they demand that you cant post reviews of them, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Please avoid them at all costs

Pros

A paycheck exists, but so does your declining mental health.

Cons

Leadership is completely disconnected, unapproachable, and out of touch, fumbling through decisions with no clear vision or direction. Employees are suffocated by relentless micromanagement and an overwhelming lack of trust, left underpaid, overworked, and undervalued. The cofounders’ egos clash constantly, creating daily chaos and instability as their inability to align on priorities derails any progress. A toxic blame culture permeates the workplace, with leadership quick to deflect their poor decisions onto employees. Years of dedication and experience are disregarded, as leadership continues to prioritize expensive, revolving-door consultants whose short-lived presence brings more confusion than solutions. Instead of trusting their own team, they bet on outsiders, further eroding morale and leaving employees to pick up the pieces of a crumbling, directionless organization.

No Product Vision, Absolute Toxic Environment

Pros

There are some talented and hardworking individuals in the company (though, unfortunately, they are not part of the Senior Leadership Team).

Cons

- Lack of clear product vision, with no defined goals or objectives beyond a relentless focus on increasing revenue. The product roadmap is chaotic and directionless. - Senior Leadership Team (SLT) lacks professionalism and corporate experience, which reflects poorly in their decision-making and management style. - The work environment is overwhelmingly toxic, fostering stress and dissatisfaction. - Extremely high employee turnover, with many leaving due to dissatisfaction. Those who remain often do so reluctantly because of the challenging job market. - No recognition or appreciation for employee efforts—constructive feedback is replaced with constant criticism.
