-fast growing and continually changing, will have good opportunity to learn and challenge, personal growth would be really fast -colleagues are mostly professional and nice, working environment is also nice, having gym and different clubs to join, also have yoga class every week and free massage every day -fast-paced and efficient, don't have too much politics, can focus on achieving your goals
Cons
don't have systematic and professional training, so you have to be proactive and learn things all by your own, grow by making mistakes
