Nothing that was promised came true, except wildly unrealistic targets. Don't assume honesty or accountability. Targets are a way of promising success to potential employees whilst simultaneously putting the blame on them by saying the targets weren't achieved - they were not possible by an order of magnitude. This will leave you with nowhere to go. Even if you are more successful than your peers, you will be told you are no good when it's their impossible targets that weren't achieved. Finally, when you are no longer a convenience you will be insulted in the hope that you will just leave on your own accord rather than endure process which forces the fabrication of the obligatory paperwork for your exit.
