      After care was easy money because it was usually only two kids

      Recipes didn’t actually work half the time Children not have enough tasks to actually keep them entertained Understaffed Given more responsibilities than the title and description indicates

      Talented people work here, and I get to share my craft with others.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the management is terrible at handling employees. We don't really get enough support and resources from the leadership, which I think is one of the things that impede our productivity. It's not enough that many talented people work. If the leadership is horrible and ineffective, then the employees will just leave.
