I really loved the amazing culture, and I know it sounds like a pun but everyone at the org makes you valued and like you can really achieve great things, there are so many opportunities.
Cons
Like so many non profits resources are hard to come by, you will only do well here if you are scrappy and can garner access to resources that may not be monetary and that means being strategic.
