Pros

Once you build up the clientele the money can be good, but don't plan on keeping any of them

Cons

Hostile work environment, if there is a toxic employee there will be no punishment as long as they make them a good amount of money. They will deduct your pay and or keep your pay if you make them mad when you try to leave. Will change your schedule without talking to you. Managers are just there to do dirty work. All decision are made by owners who could careless about their employees. They are just money hungry and care about themselves.

Pros

Coolheads has been an overall positive experience! The pay is competitive, the team is fun, and the clients are awesome! I love that we do appointments and walk-ins, so we can stay as busy as possible. Management is always accessible and willing to work with your needs. I've really enjoyed my time here.

Cons

Sundays are required to work if you are full time

Pros

chill vibes, nice atmosphere, decent pay, worked with my schedule

Cons

Terrible communication, all over the place. They get mad when you don't answer ASAP, but upper management takes 3 days to respond to your messages. They don't treat their employees right and are never on the same page. They reduce your hours for bogus reasons when you don't accept their offers for management and/or speak up for yourself, in order to avoid paying unemployment. They also keep around bad apples for far too long for the same reason: they try to push people to quit over-firing them. They also have unrealistic sales goals and barely market the brand. They promise great pay, but will deduct your pay if you're late by even one minute twice in a pay period, along with other pay deductions if you call out more than once in a quarter (even if you're sick or emergency, you only get one freebie before they dock your pay)
