Outdoor working (if you like that kind of thing), opportunity to try out your ideas, generally good colleagues, growth potential if you push hard enough
Cons
An indifference to long term planning of staffing, opaque if leadership are unhappy with your direction, significant self interest of upper management if their authority is threatened

Very welcoming to everyone, even young employees. Let's employees have responsibilities for their own actions but provides sufficient training o complete day to day tasks.
Cons
Hourly pay isn't the best.
