ANZ business not so friendly

Pros

Great products and customer focused

Cons

ANZ management team is very cliquey and has strained relationships with regional teams. Office culture resembles late 1990’s with closed off offices and lack of trust with very little employee work from home flexibility. Employee benefits not competitive compared to other medical device companies.

Pros

If you value a healthy, professional, and equitable workplace, CooperVision may not be the right fit.

Cons

CooperVision is run by cliques that create a toxic and prejudicial environment. Favoritism rules over merit, and if you’re not part of the in-crowd, you’re excluded and overlooked. Management ignores the behaviours, making it a draining and unhealthy place to work.
