Pros

Nice environment to work, modern building.

Cons

The company remains entrenched in outdated and immature internal processes, having failed to evolve its operational infrastructure in line with growth. There has been a significant lack of investment in administrative technologies and internal systems, resulting in inefficiencies and bottlenecks across departments. Leadership at the senior management level is notably underqualified, with many individuals lacking the necessary experience or strategic vision to drive the organization forward. Similarly, project management suffers from a shortage of skilled professionals, leading to poor execution, missed deadlines, and inconsistent delivery. A pervasive resistance to change and innovation further compounds these issues. Despite clear opportunities for improvement, there is an organizational unwillingness to adopt new practices, embrace constructive feedback, or implement meaningful reforms. This stagnation has created a culture of complacency, hindering progress and long-term sustainability.
