Pros
Mission - The company has a great mission to help kids succeed by learning financial skills that will help them build wealth over their lifetime. These are skills that are very important but not usually taught in schools. Coworkers - Everyone is hardworking and fun to work with. (Slackers need not apply.) I genuinely enjoy my coworkers. Leadership - Strong leadership team. Good communication and transparency. We have monthly all hands meetings to review company progress. Goals are clear and the reasoning behind them. Strategic direction and decision making is top notch. For example we accelerated and increased the size of our last fundraising round right before the market crashed so we would have enough runway.
Cons
Nothing really We are mostly remote. It would be nice to see my coworkers more in-person.
