With the new leadership change (CEO, CNO, and more) working at Copper Springs has been drastically different than the previous few years. Leadership appears to really care and try to engage with staff on multiple fronts. Other coworkers seem to feel a more positive shift.

Hospital is open on holidays and the amount of call offs makes the workload increase

Travel distance was killer. Hated the corporate HR leader. Was condescending, not open to constructive feedback. Unsupportive and dismissive of concerns or complaints.
