Pros
Paid Certifications / Training Coworkers
Cons
Company Culture can be conflicting at times
Pros
* Teamwork and comradery * * Training and Growth Opportunities * * Mentoring and Professional Development * * Personal Benefits and Transparency * At Cor, you're really only limited by your imagination, attitude, and aptitude. Have suggestions? Management wants to hear them. Have issues? Management wants to help fix them Need flexibility? Everyone does, and the team gets it.
Cons
Sometimes I take more on than I have the bandwidth for... nothing a simple conversation with my manager won't fix.
Pros
The knowledge and experiences you gain from working with several clients and technologies.
Cons
I strongly advise against working at CorCystems or dealing with Tony, the CEO. He is completely clueless when it comes to technology and treats employees terribly, working them to the point of burnout. He is ungrateful and dismissive of their efforts. Eric Blake, his sidekick, is essentially running the company while Tony aimlessly wanders around the office making strange noises. The company is falling apart, with all senior staff having left due to the toxic environment. They have absolutely no respect for their employees. Stay away from this place.
