Pros

The knowledge and experiences you gain from working with several clients and technologies.

Cons

I strongly advise against working at CorCystems or dealing with Tony, the CEO. He is completely clueless when it comes to technology and treats employees terribly, working them to the point of burnout. He is ungrateful and dismissive of their efforts. Eric Blake, his sidekick, is essentially running the company while Tony aimlessly wanders around the office making strange noises. The company is falling apart, with all senior staff having left due to the toxic environment. They have absolutely no respect for their employees. Stay away from this place.

CorCystems Response

Thank you for sharing your perspective on CorCystems. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate your honesty. However, I’d like to address some inaccuracies in your statement. 1. Tony’s Expertise: Tony, our CEO, has a deep understanding of technology and actively contributes to our company’s vision. His leadership has been instrumental in our growth. 2. Employee Well-Being: We have always and continue to prioritize employee well-being and work-life balance. A couple of examples of this is our continued hybrid work environment. Burnout is not our intention, and we encourage open communication to address any concerns. We also provide additional benefits to help support our employees through quarterly reimbursement for gym membership or healthy food delivery services. 3. Employee Appreciation: We value our employees’ efforts and recognize their contributions. Tony and the leadership team regularly express gratitude and acknowledge hard work. In addition, we have a performance bonus program that all employees are eligible for and is paid out monthly. 4. Eric Blake: Eric is our Chief Operating Officer and valuable team member. He runs our day-to-day operations. Our leadership team collaborates to ensure smooth operations. 5. Senior Staff: While some staff members have left, it’s essential to consider individual circumstances. We continuously strive to create a positive work environment. 6. Respect: Respect is one of our Cor Values. We respect every employee and foster a culture of inclusivity. If you have specific concerns, please reach out directly. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving. If you have further insights, feel free to share them.

Pros

* Teamwork and comradery * * Training and Growth Opportunities * * Mentoring and Professional Development * * Personal Benefits and Transparency * At Cor, you're really only limited by your imagination, attitude, and aptitude. Have suggestions? Management wants to hear them. Have issues? Management wants to help fix them Need flexibility? Everyone does, and the team gets it.

Cons

Sometimes I take more on than I have the bandwidth for... nothing a simple conversation with my manager won't fix.
