Burnout is not our intention, and we encourage open communication to address any concerns. Employee Appreciation: We value our employees’ efforts and recognize their contributions. Tony and the leadership team regularly express gratitude and acknowledge hard work. In addition, we have a performance bonus program that all employees are eligible for and is paid out monthly. 4. Eric Blake: Eric is our Chief Operating Officer and valuable team member. He runs our day-to-day operations. Our leadership team collaborates to ensure smooth operations. 5.
