Asked to leave because I didn't work over my hours for free

Pros
Flexi time - although no one used it (except me )because the jobs were always going over.
Cons
Low salary, no structure, lots of back stabbing, expected way too much for the salary. Treated the lads from uni on a year placement like cheap slave labour - one walked out during my time.

Old School Management Politics Bullying Culture Poor Management Don't get paid for overtime and management expects you to work overtime for free No communication from the management
