Nice people kilkenny people are always nice.
Cons
Manager behaves like an over dosed paranoid Dr ug dealer. 90% of the current dev team want out and if we're offered another company in the morning they would walk. Front line Management have a bad attitude the are encouraging us to leave. Maybe its time to get our own back and approach clients and show them what's going on, or at least give them their data back or worse give it to their rivals. Dean Frauds this winter will be long for us, but it will be even longer for you. At least this way the world will see you for the liar you are.
