      Pros

      Monthly company gatherings to celebrate employees birthdays and anniversaries and nice co workers.

      Cons

      The company is lacks direction. The complaints that most people have have don't get addressed or fixed, things sometimes from leadership are intentionally unclear. If you want to grow in your career, this place isn't the best for it unless you plan to stay for five years min. The leadership team doesn't allow for advanced solutions and are don't allow innovation so they will continue to have unmotivated employees.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers. Management has an open door policy and are approachable.

      Cons

      Although management is approachable and very intelligent, the owner won't get out of his own way and let his staff implement desperately needed changes. Always talking about improvement and changes, but never implements it. High turnover rate due to frustration over the lip service regarding change. Salary is average, as are benefits. Very little recognition for hard work and achievement.
