      A masterclass in how not to treat employees

      Pros

      A few good coworkers who tried to support each other and make the best of a bad situation.

      Cons

      Management created a toxic and controlling atmosphere. Employees were often talked down to, talked about, singled out, and punished unfairly. There’s a lot of smoke and mirrors with this company…promises are made with zero follow through, and if you question anything, you’re made to feel like the problem. It felt more like a power trip than a professional workplace.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the lack of experience required. Work is extremely simple.

      Cons

      Management is unaware or doesn’t care what is happening within the industry or at their own company. Expect almost no guidance from leadership regarding their internal processes, industry knowledge, or internal conflicts. Very cliquey. If you aren’t apart of the club don’t expect any special treatment. No career progression. They will hire out of state or remote workers before promoting within. No reliable internal communication. Consistent office drama.
