Relaxed environment that lets you take ownership of your position, I never felt micro managed here. I was always able to offer suggestion, and my voice was heard. Management is approachable, listens and cares. I would recommend the company. Small office, very homey and comfortable.

No real cons that I can think of.

A few good coworkers who tried to support each other and make the best of a bad situation.

Management created a toxic and controlling atmosphere. Employees were often talked down to, talked about, singled out, and punished unfairly. There’s a lot of smoke and mirrors with this company…promises are made with zero follow through, and if you question anything, you’re made to feel like the problem. It felt more like a power trip than a professional workplace.
