The working environment is great. Freshers are welcomed and they are guided by the senior architects very well.

The president/principal architect is a great boss and really sets the tone for this wonderful small-to-mid-sized firm. We have a fantastic team of co-workers here and everyone really treats each other as equals. It's an open-concept layout where interaction is encouraged, and we all genuinely enjoy working together as we've been able to build friendships within the workplace. The benefits are fantastic (health and dental insurance, 401 k and match, PTO, vacation, etc), and the firm also has a very flexible schedule policy. The projects are exciting to be a part of. We have a very diverse staff (gender, race, age, etc), which is wonderful. I have never once seen or heard of any discrimination matters, as every person is treated respectfully and equally. The workspace itself is beautiful and at an excellent location in the center of the city. Overall, it's an absolutely fantastic work experience, and I would highly recommend working here to anyone who gets the chance!
