      Pros

      * Treats employees with respect * Flexible work schedule * Dispersed office (work from home!) * Opportunity to gain experience in many different areas * Awards loyalty with loyalty

      Cons

      * No "in-office" working experience - but this is only a con if you prefer to work in that type of environment. We meet often at a co-working space if we need that interaction.

      Pros

      I worked remotely and had a lot of latitude in my schedule and how I approached marketing, clients for retention and renewals, and pipeline and reporting to management.

      Cons

      Boss was not willing to accept change in marketing collateral, it took a long time to get approved, same with time sensitive RFP's. He was a dictator on perfect grammar even in inter company emails and would spend hours discussing proper sentence structure, when there was other work to be done. Very particular about everything. He has since retired.
